Over a thousand years ago, Angoon was founded by the "Dae Shee Taan" or
Raven Beaver Clan of the Tlingit Nation. The location was favored for many
reasons, especially the natural abundance of fish and wildlife. This area has
been protected for centuries and is now protected as a US National Monument. |

Each evening we will discuss the options for the next day. It's all good, so you choose. Fishing on both stream and saltwater is rantastic for both novice and experienced anglers. Allowing for the maximum time on the water each day, we can enjoy the best of Alaska fishing and wildlife. |

Having guided throughout Alaska for over 25 years, I have always been amazed at the abundance of fish and wildlife, especially in the Angoon area. I also have a big picture of Alaska, which is why I moved to Angoon a decade ago. Alaska offers many world class adventure opportunities, but there is no one best place. |
